People travelled from Tuatapere, Invercargill and Queenstown to participate in the Dunedin event held at the Otago Museum. Over 100 people attended.

The conference was organised by Community Development Group (Dunedin) in partnership with Ngai Tahu Development Corporation, Community Employment Group, Dunedin City Council, Central Otago REAP and community representatives.
